Objetivos: |

The general objective of the MBA is to provide business education to executives:
1. Be an efficient international manager: the rapid changes in the business world require the most up-to-date methodology and techniques for our students so that they become effective and competitive managers.
2. Understand the process of change: changes in economical, social and technological areas are influencing the organisational structure of companies.
3. International orientation: faced with the challenges of the European market as well as the steady march towards a global economy, executives need to adapt their perspective, without losing touch with their own values and cultures.
4. Training leaders: it is the general objective of the MIB to train leaders who are:
* Capable of evolve thinking the heart of complex diverse organisations.
* Capable of introducing and managing flexibility and change to deal with new technologies, the appearance of new markets and social evolution.
* Open-minded and receptive, communicative and creative.
* Capable of assuming the role of team leaders and pioneers.
* Able to take decisions that depend as much on their leadership abilities as on their skills as strategic thinkers.
According to the general requirements of the International MBA programme, participants who have completed their studies obtain a double qualification:
* Master of International Business Degree from EAE Business School.
* Qualification of Specialisation in Administration and Management of Enterprises through the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - Barcelona campus- and Official Master of International Business Degree through the Universidad Camilo José Cela - Madrid campus. |

To meet the objectives of the course EAE has developed an interactive methodological approach which invites the students to actively participate in the learning process.
