1. Telephone English: How to understand and make yourself understood with precision and confidence
- Strategies for improving listening comprehension
- Strategies for communicating information accurately: data, figures, delegating and coordinating
tasks.
- Key native and idiomatic expressions for telephone English
2. Writing in English:
- the linguistic differences between face to face communication and writing
- Idiomatic expressions, formalities and grammar structures specific to writing
- Linguistic differences for formal and informal writing
- Writing style: criteria for international communication
3. Building international relationships
- Key native and idiomatic expressions for: introducing yourself, initiating and maintaining a
conversation.
- Developing a level of fluency that allows natural conversation about professional and personal
interests.
- Information exchange on current international events or events related to your sector
- Attending to and receiving international colleagues and clients
4. Managing and coordinating international projects
- Key grammar points for: asking for services and action to be taken, delegating tasks, and asking
about the status of actions taken.

Requisitos de acceso: |

Professionals who need to improve their linguistic level in English in order to work effectively in an international environment. Participants do not need a minimum linguistic level to participate in the course since the course is organised according to various levels from beginner to advanced. If the participant has not taken the TOEIC level test, he or she will be asked to take a written oral and level test prior to attending the course. |
